I found the staff very helpful. They arranged a great boat trip directly from the hotel (so convenient!). the pool was very lovely with beautiful views, quite quiet, and relaxing. i spent my days lounging by the pool. It was very restful. the hotel also has a nice spa, offering different treatments.
i noticed some areas could use a little updating, but it didn't detract too much from my stay.

The resort featured a lovely pool with clear views of the surrounding area. I found the pool area very quiet. It was relaxing during the day. The staff helped arrange a wonderful boat trip, which conveniently departed directly from the hotel. The sunset view was lovely! the food was delicious. resort is close by to the lake hence it is very peaceful & breezy all day. resort has good & polite staff. ms. Jancy personally takes care of each guests.

i found the staff courteous they always provided help i needed! the location is fine near the water and offers some great boating options. it was really easy to get around and see the beautiful scenery the resort provides bicycle rentals it was great!
i noticed a few mosquitos but i was able to buy a spray at the hotel shop. i did use it every night

i saw chef mithun crafting rich tastes into all of the food i sampled he really showed his expertise. the restaurant offers a variety of freshly prepared foods, which are delectable, particularly those cooked to order it's a treat!

the infinity pool overlooks the lake it's fantastic for everyone i saw both kids and adults enjoying it! the walkways are well maintained and add to the charm of the setting it was very serene.
